dangellodj was born in Mozambique in September 29, 1971.
His sound is unique, innovative, electrifying, eclectic and modern.
Dangellodj career as musician started in 1987 and as dj in 2013. he presents to the public with his
project called MyBackyard which is currently on radio in Ibiza, in Amsterdam, in Miami, in Toronto
and of course in Portugal. From House to Techno dangellodj has performed in beach clubs such as
Clássico Beach Club, Kontiki beach Club, Lourosae among others. He also serves as a resident at
K Urban Beach one of the most prestigious night club in Lisbon. He has also performed at Mome as
well as Lisboa Rio and Art Club. In terms of festivals, he had his appearance at RIR (Rock in Rio)
Lisbon 2022 on a Live record Dj Set (hybrid dj), this is his favorite performance format. He has played
with big names in the scene nationally in Afters, in Clubs or in national electronic music productions
such as Logic Soul Prod, FunkTheBeach among others over the last 10 years. dangellodj is brand
ambassador of AIMEC Portugal (Lisbon electronic music school) where he gives lectures and
workshops. last and not least dangelodj has dedicated his time to the solidarity project
Spirit to Serve (serve360) by Marriot, a project dedicated to the youth community in Portugal.
