A mix of acid house, with a little 80's industrial thrown in. This tape has to be the hardest one I've worked on to clean up. It sounded like it was recorded on a cheap tape, with bad turntable needles, on a bad cassette deck. There was ear piercing high end in the recording, with no low end. I cleaned up the EQ the best that I could. I had to cut out 26 mins of the mix due to the section being full of drop outs. Normally I wouldn't spend time on a tape like this, and wouldn't bother trying to preserve it. Randy is no longer with us, and his legacy needs to be preserved, so I took the time to clean it up. Randy was a DJ at The Endup nightclub, in San Francisco, in the late 80's.
