My guest this week is "Angel Dust" and he comes with best Drum & Bass for us.
Angel Dust aka Carsten Tanneberger has been interested in music since the age of twelve.
At the age of 17, he began his first music experiments and in 1997 he first appeared as Angel Dust, from now on he played throughout Germany.
In 98, we also heard about "Dead Metropolis" for the first time. This name was introduced in 2000 as a clear drum & bass label. What he did with Racoon.
The name Dead Metropolis is now an integral part of numerous drum & bass events and the Splash Fetival with its own show tent in the early 2000s.
From 2004 to 2010 he was co-responsible for the legendary "Cube Club" in Chemnitz
Other names such as Further Trift, Tannsen and Klangexport are known today. However, "Dead Metropolis" is today an important sustainable puzzle for the electronic music scene in Chemnitz. Last year was 20 years anniversary !
