Gjaka K. - Keep Running - Natural Rhythm. Gjaka K. - got into Disco & Funk music already in his early teens.
During his high school years he started a musical journey, with a
debut on a local radio station broadcasting. He had a show
dedicated to Funk, Jazz following House/Tech House music. Only
being 17 years of age, he started mixing his own style. His mixes
were influenced by a great spectrum of different music styles starting
Jazz House and he moved on to the Deep House and Tech House
scene.
After time passed by, he continued his musical journey on TV. A
Music TV-Show dedicated to electronic music in general and later on
it focused on Tech House and Minimal Techno. In 2002 he started to
play in many national and international clubs including festivals in the
international Tech House and Techno scene.
After many years in the business, Gjaka K. didn’t stop to grow his
passion about Tech music. He is in the leading front of electronic
music scene, never losing sight of his influences he had all along the
way and still keeping it a strong element in his music. He is all
dedicated to his Deep/Tech House music.
Gjaka K. - already shared his decks with many big numbers in the
scene like: Sven Väth, Oxia, Cuartero, Hermanez, Kasierdico, George
Morel, Karotte, Oliver Koletzki, Monika Kruse, Matador, Roger
Sanchez, Bedouin, Jesse Peres, Serge Devant, Disco Purple Machine,
Robosnic, Dominik Eulberg and many more.
His first EP “Movin Out“ released by Krafted Underground/UK was
supported by many Producers/DJs around the world.
His second release EP was “Talk To Me“ by Brise Records (Germany)
which was supported by many famous DJs/Producers.
Lately he released and third Album is called “Watchin You“ also on
Brise Records (Germany) and was the most successful album of
Gjaka K. It is playing on many Radio Stations by various famous DJs
around the world and also he has reached number 7 in then Top
100 Beatport Charts as by January 2018.
At the moment he is working on his new Album and has already new
collaborations with his famous international DJs/Friends.
He is playing in many famous Clubs and festivals in Austria. Just to
name a few: Alpha Events, Kantine Wien, Kantine / Linz , Horst, Sass,
Auslage, Pratersauna, Vienna Fashion Week, Goodman, Volksgarten,
Chaya Fuera, Tel Aviv Beach and many others.
He played also in Ibiza, Berlin, Kopenhagen, Frankfurt, Prague,
Zagreb, Timisoara, Novi Sad, Prishtina, Tirana and more to come.
Next large upcoming events of Gjaka K. are: Horst 26th of January
2018 with Dominik Eulberg and 16th of February 2018 in Wiener
Stadthalle alongside witht the most famous Artists Disco Purple
Machine and Robosonic.
Gjaka K. is very active in the Viennese Techno scene. Momentarily
he is playing at many different locations like Wiener Stadthalle, Horst,
Sass, Goodman, Dots, Alice, Ai Bar, Melia Bar, Crypt Bar, Strandbar
and more to come.
