For this part of the live mix I move away from Reggae into Funk, Soul and Hip Hop and throw in lots of edits to keep the Friday night people on a good funky groove.
I play at GoGo Bar in Melbourne on the 2nd & 4th Fridays from 9pm and it is one of my favourite gigs to play as it's always busy, it's got a great atmosphere, the staff are super cool and their music policy is non commercial.
Normally my gig is a 3 hour booking but on this occasion it was a 7 hour booking and being summer and a hot night I decided to keep a really good funky and classic groove going!
