How often have we said something that hurt someone else?
Do we even realize it when we say hurtful things?
Do we realize it but believe it's ok because we're just speaking the truth?
Words, they can hurt or they can build up. I know I've been on the receiving end of both … and sadly, I've also spoken life over someone as well as said hurtful things.
Man, the more I grow, the more the Lord is able to show me glimpses of myself…and let me tell you, I am not always the prettiest of people.
Today's show is just going to be me sharing a bit of my heart. Some of the things I say sorry for are things I genuinely feel the need to give an apology for. Other things, well, I'm not necessarily sure I've been guilty of the thing, but I believe someone, somewhere, has been hurt by the words or actions and they should receive an "I'm sorry."
I pray that one of my apologies hit home with you. Maybe you needed to hear it. Maybe God is encouraging you to say sorry to someone. My heart for this show is that we slow down, check our hearts, see if there are any areas God would have us grow, which will ultimately help us walk better with others.
