When I think about being sorry for something, I think about the need for change. Does change always happen? No, not always. Have there been times I apologized but didn't bring about the change needed in the situation or relationship? Sadly, yes I have failed in this area. Probably more than I would like to admit.

Normally, an apology should reflect some kind of change. That said, what if we choose never to say I'm sorry or to attempt to change? Words like "defiant, unremorseful, callous, unbending, hardened, and unreformable" come to mind. 

Let this not be us, friends. Let's grow! Change brings growth... if we allow it. I desire to grow more with each day that passes. I appreciate the friends who challenge me in this! Thank you!
