The mission at Top Shelf Wellness Center is to advocate and support a proactive approach to patient wellness and health management. Recreational marijuana is now legal in Oregon. Adults 21 and older can legally possess and use recreational marijuana, but there are limits. It's important to know what's legal and what's not. Christopher will let us know how it is going in Phoenix Oregon!
