Follow Harriet from the start of the Civil War, volunteering to go south to aid both union soldiers and refugees alike. She shows selfless bravery and valor, earning the respect of Union generals (even if she isn't being paid a cent).
And after the war, she continues her life of service. Advocating for women's rights, civil rights and better treatment of those overlooked by society (black and white). Even in her final years, Harriet would never waver in her devotion to helping others. A true American hero.
