Sarika Dhanjal joined Progeny as the Head of Training and Competence in July 2021, with responsibility for driving clear, strategic learning and development pathways and supporting the next generation of professionals within the Progeny Academy, as well as holding responsibility for the delivery of Progeny's training and competence scheme. Having previously worked at adviser support group, Tenet, as the Head of Training and Mentoring, Sarika boasts a wealth of experience supporting new advisers through their induction and learning journey.
A computer science graduate, Sarika started her financial services career in the banking sector and is QCF Level 4 and CeMap qualified. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, eating out and spending time with her two young children.
