It was Henry Ford who stated that ‘if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got,’ which seems to me to be both startingly simple, yet also wonderfully inspired. Drawing upon my own experiences in life and in business, I relay how I’ve had to first acknowledge my own personal fears, before embracing the challenge of the new, and the inevitable anxieties that I’ve encountered along the way, before experiencing the joy that results.
