Having experienced burnout herself when in General Practice, Dr Jenny Brockis has harnessed this as an opportunity to think outside the box to help now leaders and teams create thriving environments.

Learning how to speak publicly, when she is naturally quite introverted, initially she didn’t share her experience of burn out as she feared being judged – however when she started to share this openly – this was very empowering.
