If you cannot complete your task for the day, it's okay to roll it over to the next day! 

In this episode, I talk about giving yourself grace. You don't have to overbeat yourself when you cannot clear your to-do list. 

One of the easiest ways to give yourself grace is to self-talk (appreciating the things you have been able to accomplish for the day, scenario, and circumstance.

Also, learn to practice self-care of the mind, not just the body.
