- Found dream job. Applied. Went on 3 rounds of interviews over 5 weeks, eliminated in the 4th round.
- Had a radical, game-changing idea on how to implement a new technology that costs $2.2 million over 5 years and will completely overhaul company's process. Pitched it to the Board. They said No, Not now.
- Hired your team of A players. Finally assembled a team of rockstars. Time to deliver on your big metrics. After 6 months, no results, low morale. Attrition.
