Episode 11 - Wareing's Gym was founded in Virginia Beach in 1960. It is recognized as America's oldest gym that is still open and running today. Wareing's gym is well known for many programs including the Parisi Speed School and Training for Warriors. In this episode we hear from Jesse, a fourth generation Wareing. Jesse shares some of the history of the gym and we hear how his unique story fits into the philosophy of what Wareing's Gym is all about.
