Chad and Chris are award winning brewers at Peticolas Brewing Company. They are responsible for brewing my favorite beer (Velvet Hammer) as well as many others. Recently Peticolas also helped change some of the beer laws in Texas that prohibited them from selling beer to-go out of their own taproom. We discuss that and much more in this episode, enjoy!
