In this week's episode, I have Yuri Damitz joining me.

As a coach, Yuri helps purpose-driven, career-oriented women connect with their mission and get to the next level of happiness and fulfillment. She started her career in the financial industry as a consultant and held several leadership positions at banks and financial institutions.  After climbing the corporate ladder for 20 years, she had a midlife crisis that turned into an existential crisis. She started her healing and self-discovery journey. This led to discovering her mission to empower other women to align their work with their true selves, free from familial and societal expectations. She started her coaching business as a side hustle in 2020 while working as Senior Director at a fintech startup. After the side hustle turned into multiple six-figure businesses, she quit her corporate job and became a full-time business owner. Her company, HEA Coaching International, offers coaching services and educational programs globally.
