Kareen currently serves as Founder/President of Centre Hospitalier de Fontaine Foundation, a private nonprofit hospital that her father built in 1991. She is proudly continuing and scaling up her father's 31-year healthcare and workforce development legacy in Haiti. Her Foundation's vision is for each institution they support to become the institution of choice for the community it serves and a model institution for similar institutions. She helps ministries, executives, and founders expand their corporate purpose in Haiti.
