Today's guest is Winston Tang, director, designer, and writer at Samurai Punk, based in Melbourne, Australia. We are discussing primarily their game Roombo: First Blood, released in 2019. I played the game Switch but it is available on PC, Xbox, and Playstation as well.
Winston and I will discuss game jams, how it feels to make your very first game, growing a team, going from creative artist to company leader, and we touch on the state of the antagonistic relationship between gamers and game devs.
