Adam Berlin and Jeffrey Heiman are faculty members in the English department at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and are the editors of J Journal: New Writing on Justice. The biannual literary journal, which features fiction, poetry, and personal narrative about contemporary justice issues, has been published biannually since 2008.
