For the first ever episode, I'm joined by Les Ratcliffe. Les is Chair and one of the founder members of the Coventry and Warwickshire Champions and Place Board; a Deputy Lieutenant; and the previous Head of Community Relations at JLR.
In addition, Les also runs his own community relations consultancy business, Community Engagement Ltd.
What's unique about Les is that he uses his career experience from his role as Head of Community Relations to continue to promote programmes to bring people together within Coventry and Warwickshire.
