They say that the only thing we can truly control in life is the way we face our problems, yet most of us feel like we have no control over our reactions at all! In this episode, Amy and Brittany talk about how to break our subconscious reactions. We give examples on how we can break and replace various types of unwanted negative thought patterns with new, wanted ways of thinking. We tell a few stories of different unwanted ways we’ve reacted to our problems, including one story which involves Amy’s menstrual blood and a celebrity!
