In spite of having battled a debilitating illness for over 25 years, Graham has developed people and their businesses for over 30 years.
This included; growth from $30-300M of a corporate division in the US, and then as General Manager of an SME, taking it from 0 to £750k EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) in 3 years. He then built his own businesses Improvement Architecture and more recently IA Growth in the North-East of England, where he and his partners now have a stable of fast-growing SMEs where he is a Non-Executive Director, strategic advisor or mentor to boards and senior leaders in the North-East, Glasgow and London.
He is a certified Corporate Executive Coach and Team Coach for Marshall Goldsmith (often voted No.1 Global Coaching brand), and in the last 3 years has used his knowledge to develop leaders of charities and social enterprises through his 202020vision which, to date, has impacted over 2,500 children in the North-East.
