John Ryder founded Hive (HR) in 2016; creating HR technology to challenge the traditional corporate approach to employee surveys and employee engagement.
Product and service design has always been John's forte. A Design Marketing graduate, John spent over a decade working in digital marketing, before landing the role as Head of Innovation at Teesside-based eCommerce firm, VisualSoft, where Hive was first conceived.
John's true passions lie in Innovation, Technology and Organisational Culture.
