Naomi has a passion for supporting people to flourish and grow at work, building personal and organisational capability that sticks. Her business, Maoni Consulting Ltd, delivers that purpose primarily through organisational and leadership development. Naomi's experience is varied having done operational roles before stepping into people/organisational development and working in the FMCG, Engineering and education sectors.
Naomi's current focus is on continuing to support organisations to develop and enable their leaders in this time of uncertainty and daily change. Personally she is growing her capability to deliver flexible and virtual people development. The ILM level 3 and 5 apprenticeship programmes are already seeing the benefit of staying connected and learning with the real life challenges that currently exist.
