Hello and welcome back to another amazing episode. So glad that you could be here today, its always a pleasure. As we enter the halfway point of the year, I think it's such a perfect time to reflect on how far we've come since the new year.
How often do we find ourselves excited for all the things we want to do for the new year and then….. a quarter of the way through we forget the goals we had planned for. I get it, happens to me every year. Except this year I wanted to be more intentional with the things I set for myself.
One of the main things that I wanted to make sure that I had done for myself was to reconnect to my soul. Pre covid, and I would even argue even before covid, I didn't feel aligned with who I truly felt I was inside. On the outside everything just didn't feel right. That easily translates to what's happening on the inside. I knew that this year, I wanted to work form the inside out vs the opposite.
If you recall I created an episode about this disconnected self in Episode 28. In that episode I talked about creating a project on myself to bring that connected feeling back. I named it Project Reconnection. The goal of this project was to work towards bringing back the feeling I felt when I was more comfortable in my skin, more in tuned with myself, and above all else, happier.
In this episode I give everyone an update of how I've been since the beginning of the project!

PROJECT RECONNECTION
Process:
First and foremost get creative!!!
- Write about the time you were happiest in your skin.
- What habits did you have
- How did you feel
2. Write out the percentage of disconnected vs connected (optional)
- MIND BODY SPIRIT (%)
3. List 5-8 habits that you had that made you feel great
- Give some Examples about you.
- Give suggestion examples.
4. Square for least priority and circle for big priority
- Obviously want to fast track the feeling of being connected.
- Circling the ones you know will give you momentum.
5. Come up with a plan of how you are going to do it
- How will your schedule change?
6. Be kind to yourself
- Things may happen during your project.
- Mention some things to not get upset over
