Yes I have been missing in action, but I am back! And so glad that you are here for this episode.
I ended up taking a midseason break, but it ended up creating an internal battle. Im not one to take breaks, in fact, I hate taking breaks. I hate breaking routine and habits to relax. But I know it is necessary to recharge. So when I do, I OVERCHARGE and take too long of a break and takes me a while to get back into the swing of things.
Well I talk about this more in the episode. But it relates to todays episode on the internal battle of "Destroy VS. Rebuild". Of course one can look at these two and see them as opposites, but in reality together they are both part of the same whole.
In this episode I talk about the process of destroying and catching the mental patterns that limit us from reaching unknown potentials, and rebuild and attract the positive change that we want to see and become.
I had the idea to bring this conversation up and talk about it, but a Youtuber who goes by Bria Jones and her video "I had my first six figure month using an ABUNDANCE MINDSET" was the battery pack that super charged this episode.
