Today on the podcast I will share with you my research paper on aromatherapy. I am now a Certified Aromatherapist. The year process consisted of ten case studies, a research paper and a final exam.
The ten women I worked with had an aromatherapy consult with me. Based on their ailment I created a blend and followed them through a four to six week study. The study helped to understand how using aromatherapy was beneficial or not to their condition.
I will be reading my research paper on this episode. Think of this as an audiobook, of sorts. You might want to listen again due to the in-depth information. I decided to write on the chakras and essential oils. As a Reiki Intuitive Healer I was intrigued by the complimentary systems.
