This yoga class is for people that normally practice vinyasa style yoga. 

 

Please feel free to modify or skip any postures that are not suitable for you. 

 

If you have any injuries, modify the poses. 

 

I suggest a Yoga mat, two blocks, a blanket and a strap. 

 

 You may also want an eye pillow for Savasana.

 

Please practice "Ahimsa" non harming.
