Today on the podcast I share with you my bedtime sleep ritual.
I have been struggling with sleep, and this has helped me.
As a Certified Aromatherapist I simply LOVE essential oils for so many reasons.
I love using either sandalwood or vetiver as I wind down my day.
These oils have tree properties and create synergy with the earth.
You will need:
*One carrier oil: jojoba, olive oil, coconut oil or simply cocoa butter
*Sandalwood essential oil or Vetiver
Drop 4-5 drops of your carrier oil in your hands and blend with 2-3 drops of either the sandalwood or Vetiver oil.
Then breathe it in AHHH
And now treat your feet.
Get cozy under the covers and drift off to sleep~
