I want to share a taste of Sedona and The Spirit sisters retreat I just returned from Sedona after leading …a yoga and Healing Retreat with my sister Dawn Peer. I will be sharing more and more of this experience, over the next few weeks but I wanted to open with the vortex energy of a meditation inspired by a meditation that was guided at Cathedral Rock. Our tour guide Crystal Weaver guided us to the first mesa and shared her wisdom. I know this piece was a gift that was channeled to me to share with my fellow sisters from this retreat and also to share with all of you. Allow yourself to be transported to this magical place…. Settle into a comfortable position…laying on your back…. Arms by your side palms up and legs and feet open but relaxed. Allow the feet to gently rotate outward. Close your eyes. This practice is profoundly healing Begin by taking some slow long deep breaths. In and out Prepare your body, mind and spirit for this healing meditation. Allow your breath to gently flow…..flow effortlessly. Bring your awareness to all your senses. Eyes, ears, nose mouth and skin…… Sensing these become aware of the breath…..still an effortless flow. As your body breathes in see or sense this magnificent canyon… It sits way off in the distance for now…. Keep breathing and sensing this canyon and its powerful but graceful energy. Keep this visualization in your third eye, and sense its beauty You slowly begin to approach it It is bigger then you imagined, but ohhhh so peaceful and expansive at the same time. You begin to climb this magnificent red rock. ………And lay down on your back…. You on the Mesa…. Feel the activation, your journey and your joy as you soak up this Rock beneath you You are on the lay lines of your soul……you are on the lay lines of the rock….and you are never alone. Feel and sense your ancestors….they are with you and you are never alone. They remind you of who you are and what you have come here to do….. They are always here with you and the journey has only just begun…. Feel the energies of the sun…..merging with the rock The sun. Beating down onto your face and front body… The rock soaking up the suns energy and penetrating onto your back… Take it all in… Your love and light will travel to a another place…….to heal another heart and to heal you Be able to bless this activation and assist yourself and others on this journey The earth knows why you are here? You are assisting and guiding your love. Continue to call on the ancestors of this rock to assist you on your path Bring in the hearts of many……the brotherhood of light, the grandmothers, the 4 directions…the elements earth water fire air and ether Feel the hearts of the universe..weave them all together.. Hearts of many. Of humanity….from the north to the south the east and west… Bring forth the Golden eagle to take your message on the wind…so they will take it to everyone..no one will be left behind Allow the grizzly bear to come to your journey….and say thank you. I am ready to release this fear….step into my power and stand up Bring forth and activate this collective consciousness You are one with this rock, and expensive blue sky… Honor your beauty… your strength and your radiance…. You are worthy ….….your soul knows this…..embrace it you have big things to do…. Feel the energies of you into the universe….as you continue to feel the sun beating down…. Feel the love of this land……. The Harmony and Joy….. Feel all of it….sense it, smell it taste it…… As the hard rock beneath you begins to soften it reminds you of your life's journey….. All that was hard….has softened you and is your teacher… Now bring in this joy and call it forth to your heart… Continue to connect to this rock and the layers of Cathedral…. Connect to this feminine vortex at Cathedral rock and your sacral chakra….keep standing in your power and speak your truth… Invite your throat chakra to be activated and speak with authenticity… Bring forth the energies of the surrounding canyons to open your sense of sight into your third eye….Its ok to use your sight and intuition. The solar plexus ignites….feel your power here….You can shine and shine brightly…. Your root chakra is strong and your ancestors stand around you..now Take it all in……. You are in balance…..breathe in like the trees… The trees take what is necessary and give us back the air we breathe thank you fo tis gift. Feel all of this emerge like a beacon…. Feel how you impact humanity as you lay on this rock As others will come after …..you will be reminded of their journey and honor their existence. The ancient ones…..they are grateful for you . Bring forth your guides, angels and guardians You are never alone…..we say this with much gratitude Thank you thank you thank you It is done it is done it is done…. And so it is……. A-HO!!!
