She shares her journey of meditation and how it has shaped her life. Meditation, wasn't always a part of Sara's practice. Sara started practicing yoga out of a need in her early 20's to help with stress and anxiety. She quickly knew that teaching yoga would be her life's path, and has been teaching ever since. Years later she added and began the practice of meditation, and she shares how different her life is now. Sara is currently leading a 4 month meditation course.
