It was held by The Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine. The wellness day included interactive discussions about reiki, yoga, aromatherapy, acupuncture and functional medicine. For some time these modalities were referred to as alternative medicine, but now are seen as integrative. There were 150 women who attended. Due to the nature of the live event, the recording may not be as clean as usual, but the information was so important I felt it needed to be shared on the podcast.
