Our guest for this episode is Dede Griesbauer, a professional triathlete and ultra distance athlete and now, an Ironman commentator. One of the reasons we wanted to interview Dede is because she is still achieving high levels of athletic success at 52 years old. She just was 4th in Augusta 70.3 this year, last year was 5th at Lake Placid. And in 2020, she set the world record for the Ultraman distance...BY OVER AN HOUR!
