So, what are they?  

Step 1: Get All the Facts - What is going on? What is the effect of the issue that is being identified? 

Step 2: State the Issues Correctly - Look at the actual business impact of said issues objectively 

Step 3 - Ask the Right Questions - What is the issue's impact on the client and on the business? Hear and listen to these questions' answers. 

Step 4 - Agree on the Next Course of Action - Makes sure it is SMART! 

Step 5 - Implement - Promptly execute on the ideas that you and your team agreed with.  

Step 6 - Follow Up on Progress
