Description

What does healing really look like? When you have experienced physical or emotional abuse, can you ever truly heal? How can we break free once and for all from the mental and emotional trauma that is holding us back? This week, I had the honor of connecting with Tracy Osborne, as she shares with us how we can truly become a “Daring Woman”.

In this episode, Tracey shares with us her personal story of experiencing repeated sexual and emotional abuse. She talks about the difficulty of processing through the heavy emotions that accompany trauma and how she has navigated her own healing journey.

We dig into a variety of topics including how to identify the red flags in relationships that may be warning us of trouble ahead and how to shift our thinking and get out of the mentality that the abuse we may be suffering is our fault.

It’s easy to feel trapped but we hope this episode encourages you to break free and no longer allow yourself or your emotions to be controlled by anyone else.

WARNING* We discuss very openly about sexual and physical abuse. If you are sensitive to such topics please understand that the content may be a trigger.
