Description

For this week’s Mental Note we have something extra special for you. In light of the holiday season I thought it would be appropriate to talk about gratitude. I had the honor of connecting with mental health advocate and podcast host, Matana Jacobs a few weeks back where she interviewed me on the topic of mental health and gratitude’s role in our wellness.

I am sharing this interview with you today because often we overlook gratitude and do not realize the power that we have in our own hands to shift our energy and perspective and become a fuller and richer version of ourselves. We believe that you have so much to offer and gratitude only amplifies the greatness within you.

In this episode you will hear not only my personal experience with gratitude and the daily practices that I use, but also you will hear more of my intention with this show and why I am passionate about serving you and contributing to your mental health.

We also dig into the “levels” of gratitude and discuss how important contribution is and why “paying it forward” will reap massive benefits to your mental health. This was such a fun episode to record and we know you will gain fresh new insight and receive practical tools you can start implementing today.

We would LOVE to hear from you! What are your thoughts around the topic of gratitude? What mental health challenges are you facing this holiday season? Send us an email media@itsallmentalpodcast.com
