Description

With the Corona virus going around and our lives disrupted in many ways, that invites added stress.  Stress can affect our sleep, and if you struggle already with sleep, then it can make it challenging to get a good rest.  That’s why in this episode I want to help give you advice on how to set up a perfect sleeping environment. We typically don’t think about setting the mood for sleep, but by creating the perfect atmosphere and having a nightly routine, we can help our minds to settle down so we can rest peacefully.

From the room temperature, to the lighting, to the quality of your sheets, it all can greatly enhance your sleeping experience.  Not only that, but how are you spending your time before bed? Do you watch TV right up until you turn in for the night? If so, practices like this can negatively impact your sleep.  I will teach you how to set up a nightly routine that facilitates sleep, and gently prepares your body for rest.
