Description

Negative ions are the opposite of positive ions. Negative ions have a positive effect on your body, where positive ions aren't so kind to your body, Crazy right?  Peaceful places such as the ocean, or a stream in the midst of a forest are prime places that emit negative ions. These negative ions are then inhaled and enter our bloodstream, which can have positive effects on our moods.

Not only this but it also affects our inner clock, our circadian rhythm. This is important to understand because often we walk through life ignoring the things around us, denying ourselves of things that positively affect us. It is important to be aware and pay closer attention to these negative ions because they provide such healthy benefits.

Often we associate feeling good when we are at the beach or camping as just that, enjoying ourselves, but we don’t realize that negative ions are at work in our body as we embrace the outdoor environment we are in.
