Description

With national kindness week coming up from February 14-20, I would love to challenge you to a kindness challenge. I want to encourage you to do random acts of kindness for yourself.  That may sound selfish, but in reality, we are so hard on ourselves, and beat ourselves up so much, that we need to practice being kind to ourselves.

You can do this with either planned acts of kindness, or doing some spontaneous and spur of the moment things.  A harsh trigger word, walking past a mirror, or feeling inadequate about our looks can often send us spiraling into negative thoughts and bring about a negative outlook on ourselves.  So that’s why I feel it’s so important that we take the time to be intentional with being kind to ourselves.  Because we are worth it.
