How do you break out of your comfort zone? Maybe you are desperate to make progress on a goal but you are struggling with fear, self -doubt, and are crippled by the idea of failing. This week I share with you what keeps us in our comfort zones and how we can break free from them once and for all.
Why is it important to break free from a comfort zone? The truth is there will be VERY little progress made in any goal unless you are willing to get uncomfortable. Our instincts pull us away from anything that is threatening, but when we can understand the way our minds work, it becomes a little easier to step into the unknown no matter how scary it may feel!
Today we talk about what happens psychologically to keep us in our comfort zones, how we can break free, the importance of manageable goals, and why choosing yourself is one of the most powerful things that you can do!
If you are tired of being stuck in your comfort zone give this episode and listen and let us know what you think. We would love to hear from you! Send questions and comments to media@itsallmentalpodcast.com
