In today’s episode, I dive into how we handle life when we are burned out and how we can show up. I want to touch on three points. The first being your mental health. Maybe you feel off-kilter, maybe you are just struggling with feeling "all there". The second topic is your physical health. Whether it’s something chronic, or you are having joint issues or just not feeling yourself. We can sometimes put stress on ourselves that we still have to just push through it.
The third thing I dive into is your business health, whether you are going to work in the workplace or running your own business how do you find enough to give when you are drained and feel like you have nothing left to give?
These are hard questions that we often have to deal with. Even if they are not everyday issues we still all struggle with these “down” days. We have to recognize that we are feeling this way and not put pressure on ourselves to over-perform but to take into account both our physical and mental health because it is so important for our overall well-being.
