Developing explosive rotational power requires serious dedication from the athlete in the gym. What you do in the training sessions can be the difference maker between creating true speed and power versus just expending energy. Over the past 25 years I had the opportunity to work with some of the world's greatest rotational athletes. What I have learnt from this experience may surprise you. Texts have been written, presentations have been presented and studies have been published. Don't believe the hype! To make someone world class you need to paint outside the lines. The standard protocol for training rotary athletes will make you good but the colour that lands outside the lines is the part that makes you exceptional.
