What are you training for? What brought you to the gym today? Are you training for strength? Power? Speed? Cardio? Mobility? Do you know or are you just doing "a workout"? Know your purpose! It will dramatically change the approach and results you get out of the time you spend in the gym. If you are training for pure strength, why are you adding in bouts of high intensity interval training. Training for power? Why do you have unstable surfaces in your circuit?
