"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2
This is how we help those that we disciple. When we care for a soul, we point them to the scripture. We need to be transformed. As biblical counselors, this is one passage that helps us understand these things. We should give it consistent attention when we live for Christ. Live and think God's way.
