Join Jen Julius as she interviews Human Potential Practitioner, Janet Caliri on her photographic methodology used to chart the progress of young people who are challenged in a life transition. She’ll share how this work, which is strongly endorsed by leaders in the academic, science and spiritual disciplines, is proven to help you become more present, increase confidence and productivity, decrease anxiety, generate new neurons, foster self-understanding, as well as develop a deeper trust in life and sense of belonging.

You’ll learn to use photography to:

1. Be sincerely okay with how things are
2. Become more present
3. Develop more self-compassion
