I think it's very confusing when we try and create a brand when we don't know who the customer is (26:30)
You have a degree in design, has that informed your jewellery business? (28:11)
I knew for years in my business that my design wasn't right. I remember going to a designer and them explaining to me how they were going to do it and it opened a whole new world (30:58)
