She has worked with me for a little while now - she was the manager at The London Jeweller School and now she's the head of the diplomas at The Jewellers Academy. The topic is one we can probably all relate to - going from anxiety to calm. Join us as we tackle this topic.

- Anxiety can sometimes come out as procrastination or feeling unmotivated or blocking yourself from achieving success. What are your thoughts around that and have you witnessed that at all? (24:49)
- I love this idea of 'earthing'. Can you explain it to anyone who doesn't know what it is? (27:02)
- Often when we're in pain we're looking for the answer, the one thing that makes it better. But from what you're saying it's never just the one thing, it's a gradual journey (32:19)
