The 10 Phrases We Cover Today: 

  1. I’m being “good” today by eating this (insert certain food)
  2. I’ll need to work this off later
  3. I’m not eating carbs (or other food group) right now
  4. I feel guilty for eating this
  5. Saying you’re on a cleanse or a detox or something like that.
  6. I can’t eat that, it has too many calories.
  7. I’m being bad” or “I’m having a treat
  8. “I need to lose weight before I can wear that”
  9. I’m not going to eat after 6 or 7 pm.
  10. I have one cheat day
