The world is different now than it was before the pandemic. We may have run ourselves ragged and are dealing with some serious burnout. We might be saying ‘yes’ to everything to try to make up for lost time. There’s a ton of pressure right now, but J.Go is here to take the pressure off and help you figure out what YOU need. Chances are, you need to protect your energy.

For J.Go, she used to have really bad FOMO. She now wants to be more choosy about how she spends her time. 

- She has a lot of goals, and wants her actions and mindset to align with them 

Surround Yourself With Support: 

- It’s important to surround yourself with support. Who we surround ourselves with in the next couple of months is going to determine whether or not we reach our potential. “

- If you’re in a negative space and people aren’t supportive, try to take yourself out of it or take some time to be around people who are supportive. 

YOU Set the Temperature

- In order to reach full potential you have to protect your energy. 

- Try to maintain a higher vibration. 

- You want to set the temperature of the room, and don’t let yourself be affected by any negative energy when you enter a room.

- If you’re able to fill up your cup before entering some low-vibration environments, it can make a big difference.
